What your ticket gets you
Outside of this event, a single session at The Longevity Suite costs up to S$130. With a General Admission ticket you can try any of the five Longevity Lounge treatments, hear from a panel of experts, and enjoy light bites and alcohol-free drinks, all for S$68.
The best-value ticket: VIP, $88
For S$20 more, you get a 15-minute Cryosuite Total Body session, which usually costs S$150. That means your ticket more than pays for itself before the panel even starts. Only 40 slots are available, each one a pre-booked appointment between 4pm and 6pm. Get your tickets here.
The Longevity Lounge: five treatments to choose from
You don’t need to book ahead. Head to any free station, and if one is busy, come back to it later. The lounge is open from 6pm to 6.30pm and from 7.30pm to 8pm, so pick your favourites first.
- Cryosuite Total Body (15 mins, usually $150): An extreme cold exposure (-85°C to -95°C) experience in a compact cryochamber,
- Red Light Therapy (10 mins, usually S$75): Portable near-infrared devices used in a dedicated recovery zone.
- Neuroacoustic Sound Healing (20 mins, usually S$40): Soundscapes designed to move your nervous system out of high alert and into rest. This is the warm, unhurried option,
- Anovator: an AI-enabled, all-in-one flagship health and body assessment system.
- The Longevity Suite AI Wellness Assessment: An immediate wellness check-up using AI-based screening technologies that assess your state of well-being in less than 2 minutes.

Five longevity experiences to choose from

Before anyone tells you whether a treatment is worth it, we thought you should get to experience some of them first.
The main event runs from 6pm to 8pm, with four Longevity Lounge experiences available to all guests on a free-flow basis before and after the panel discussion.
There’s a 10-minute red light therapy session using portable near-infrared devices, plus Anovator, an AI-enabled health and body assessment system that takes a closer look at various health markers.

Prefer something more relaxing? Settle in for Neuroacoustic Sound Healing, a 20-minute sound-based experience designed to shift the nervous system into a more restful state, or try The Longevity Suite AI Wellness Assessment, a quick AI-based screening that assesses your state of well-being in less than two minutes.
There’s no need to choose your experiences in advance. Simply head to whichever station is available, and if it’s occupied, move on to another and circle back later.
The experiences will run from 6pm to 6.30pm, pause during the talk, then reopen from 7.30pm to 8pm. VIP ticket holders will also get a pre-booked Cryosuite Total Body session before the main event, with 15 minutes of extreme cold exposure at temperatures between -85°C and -95°C.
Want the full cold plunge-adjacent experience? There’s cryotherapy too
VIP ticket holders can take things a step further with a pre-booked Cryosuite Total Body session before the main event.
The 15-minute experience takes place in a compact cryochamber at temperatures between -85°C and -95°C. Sessions will run from 4pm to 6pm, with VIP guests assigned a specific appointment before joining everyone else for the main event at 6pm. (Medical and safety requirements apply to Cryosuite participation, and guests will need to complete The Longevity Suite’s required waiver before taking part.)
Don’t miss the chance to try the Cryosuite Total Body experience (worth $150), included exclusively with the $88 VIP ticket. You’ll also get access to all five Longevity Lounge experiences, the panel discussion, light bites, non-alcoholic drinks and networking.
Your longevity questions, answered
Trying the treatments is only half the evening. From 6.30pm to 7.30pm, all experiences will pause for a panel discussion featuring Dr Cheryl Kam of Matrē, Dr Neil Forrest, Medical Advisor of The Longevity Suite Singapore, Jacinda Yee, founder of Eywa, and a speaker from HSBC. Together, they’ll explore longevity from different angles, spanning medical interventions, everyday nourishment and the financial considerations that can come with planning for a longer life.
Rather than another talk about squeezing every last percentage point out of your health, this panel asks a simpler question: what is actually worth spending on, and when does optimising become overkill? Bring your questions to the audience Q&A. Is cryo worth S$150 a session? Does red light therapy actually work? Should you be paying attention to the longevity boom at all?
If you’ve ever wondered whether cryotherapy is worth the price tag, whether red light therapy deserves a place in your routine, or how much attention you should really be paying to the longevity boom, this is your chance to ask.
Come for the treatments, stay for the conversation

The evening isn’t designed to feel like a conference. Registration begins at 6pm, with time to explore the Longevity Lounge experiences, grab some light bites from Eywa and The Plattering Co. and non-alcoholic drinks and meet other guests before the panel begins. After the discussion, the experiences reopen for another half-hour alongside networking until the event wraps at 8pm.
Tickets include entry to the main event, access to all five free-flow Longevity Lounge experiences, the panel and audience Q&A, light bites, non-alcoholic drinks and networking.
VIP tickets are $88 per person and include all of the above, plus one pre-booked Cryosuite Total Body experience between 4pm and 6pm.
If you’ve been curious about longevity treatments but haven’t quite known where to begin, the evening offers an opportunity to experience several modalities in one place and hear medical professionals put them into context. From cryotherapy and red light therapy to neuroacoustic sound healing and AI wellness assessments, guests can explore some of the treatments shaping today’s longevity conversation first-hand.
